On 22.11.2017 when the matter was listed, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning session and hence, the matter was passed over. In the evening session also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the 1st respondent-Corporation was wound up. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
