It is stated by Sri K.Vivek Reddy, learned counsel for respondents that the respondents are in the process of removing the notice board erected by respondents in the subject premises. In view of this fact, I do not think it is a fit case to go further into the matter and decide the Contempt Case on merits. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
