THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4316 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With consent of both the counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent in non-implementation of the order in ROR Case No.A3/5157/2013 dated 10.10.2014 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Khammam, Khammam District i.e., 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 5th respondent to consider the representation dated 29.01.2016 made by the petitioner for implementation of the orders of the 4th respondent.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner provided the said representation is still pending.

5. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to dispose of the representation dated 29.01.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (06)

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
