THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4028 of 2015 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-A.1 to A.4 & A.10 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.314 of 2014 on the file of CCS Police Station, Hyderabad for the offences under Sections 120-B, 420, 468 and 471 IPC.
Heard.
On perusal of the entire material available on record, prima facie there are some allegations as against the petitioners and truth or otherwise of the said allegations can be ascertained by the investigating agency during the course of investigation and this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in the said crime at the threshold. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the pendency of the above crime, the petitioners apprehend arrest and also the harassment in the hands of the police.
In view of the above, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation into the crime without arresting the petitioners herein and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. The petitioners are directed to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and cooperate with the investigating agency.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
