THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.27141 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.5 and 6 in interfering with petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of Tin shed besides Quarter No.B-68, NSP Colony, Miryalaguda, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to petitioner to avail all the remedies available to him under law including questioning of the notice, if any, issued by the officials of Irrigation department. Permission is granted.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
