ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the school activities of the petitioner at the behest of respondents 5 to 8. A counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of respondents 3 and 4, wherein it is stated that based on the complaint of the 8th respondent, Cr.No.9 of 2015 was registered on 26.2.2015 and the case is pending trial in C.C.No.63 of 2016. Similarly, based on the complaint of the petitioner, another Cr.No.12 of 2015 was registered on 26.3.2015 against respondents 5 to 8 and final report was filed on 11.8.2015 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Penukonda. However, the allegation that respondents 3 and 4 are interfering at the instance of respondents 5 to 8, is denied. It is further stated that the 3rd respondent was at Vijayawada in connection with training from 19.12.

2016 to 21.12.2016 and hence, the allegation that the 3rd respondent is interfering with the school activities of the petitioner, is baseless. It is also stated that the petitioner submitted a representation on 25.12.

false and hence, no action was taken on the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the said averments in the counter-affidavit, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
