This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioners by calling them to police station and threatening to settle the issues with third parties.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the police never called the petitioners to the police station and they have not interfered in the civil matters. It is stated that two cases were registered vide Cr.No. 255 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 506, 509 read with Section 34 IPC and Cr.No.94 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 read with Section 34 IPC of Dwaraka Tirumala Police station in respect of subject property before sale transaction of the petitioners.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondents shall not interfere with the civil disputes. Any action to be taken will be in accordance with law.
