THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.21895 OF 2019 ORDER:

It is the case where notice has been issued to the petitioner on account of the interim order dated 23.08.2019 granted by this Court in W.P.No.18238 of 2019. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said interim order, the remedy available to the petitioner is to file a petition to vacate the said interim order, but not filing a separate writ petition. Allowing filing of a separate writ petition will be allowing of abuse of the process of the Court.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to move a vacate petition, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
