RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction, declaring that the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in considering the case of the petitioner for his transfer to the nearest place to that Palakoyya Thanda where the petitioners wife is working as Secondary Grade Teacher, IVPPS, Palakoyya Thanda, Palavancha l\,4andal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, on spouse grounds, at the time of his inter-state transfer from Andhra Pradesh to the State of Telangana, made in G.O. lVs. No. 44, School Education (Ser.
ll) Department, dated 51212019, issued by the 5th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Ac|,2014, violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of lndia, and unconstitutional, and consequentially to direct the 3rd respondent, to consider the case of the petitioner for his transfer in any one of the existing vacancies nearby to Palakoyya Thanda, on spouse grounds.
