This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ or order particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents Nos.3 & 5 in demolishing the terraced shed and closing irrigation bode, as illegal, contrary, arbitrary and unconstitutional, and consequently direct the respondents to restore them and later not to interfere with peaceful possession and enjoyment over the property of the petitioner."
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.
