HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 1090 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the status quo order passed by this Court in Civil Revision Petition No. 3353 of 2015 dated 13.11.2015. Since violation of the status quo order involves an enquiry into fact, opportunity is given to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for taking appropriate action for violation of the status quo order granted by this Court pending disposal of the suit before the Court where the said suit is pending adjudication and the trial Court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law along with the suit which was directed to be disposed of within in time stipulated in the order

dated 13.11.2015.

The Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
