This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents in not disposing the petitioners application No.3/C1/14110/2019 dated 08.08.2019 for 732/C/17 part of Weaver's Colony, Bhavana Nagar, within the limits of GHMC, Kapra Circle, Keesara Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri (old Ranga Reddy) District, is illegal, arbitrary and violative of the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents to grant building permission without referring to the shortfall letter dated 16.09.2019 and this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant building permission in the interest of justice...."

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 19.04.2016, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.37810 of 2015. Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "The writ petition is accordingly allowed setting aside the impugned proceedings, dated 13.03.2014.

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation shall reconsider the building permission application of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the rules and regulations framed thereunder." Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms thereof.
