Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (Telangana) appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri P.Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner herein along with others submitted a representation to respondent No.2 herein on 02.09.2017 but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.2 herein to take appropriate action on the said representation strictly in accordance with law. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that if any such representation is pending with respondent No.2, the same will be verified and further action will be taken strictly in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stakeholders. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent No.2 to verify the representation, dated 02.09.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein

and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stakeholders as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
