19.01.2022 LK,J I.A.No. 1 of 2021 This Application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed vide order dated 20.10.2021 while granting bail to petitioners that they shall appear before the Station House Officer, Khammam Rural Police Station on every Sunday between 10.00 and 11.00 a.m. till filing of charge sheet.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have been complying with the said condition but the difficulty is they are residents of Warangal and it has become very difficult for them to travel all the way from Warangal to attend the Police Station at Khammam. It is submitted that as petitioners are ready to cooperate with the investigation and appear whenever their presence is necessary, the said condition may be relaxed. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor also submits that petitioners have been complying with the condition.

Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the said condition. Petitioners are directed to appear before the police whenever they are required for the purpose of investigation and police shall give advance notice in this regard.

The Application is ordered accordingly.
