HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33365 of 2011 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the memo issued by the second respondent vide No.A/2336/2007, dated 03.11.2011, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently set aside the said memo. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he is not pressing this Writ Petition but a liberty may be given to raise objections in the civil disputes which are pending between the parties.
