THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.30114 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard Mr. Srinivasa Rao Putluri, counsel for the petitioner, and Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "... Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not providing the police protection/Aid to the petitioner and his property at Sy.No.415/1 to an extent of Ac.3.26 gts. situated at Malkajgiri Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Cyberabad Police Commissionerate despite the respresentation/complaint dt.28.08.2013 and 19.10.2013 made by the petitioner to the respondents as wholly illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violative of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India law consequently direct the 2nd respondent to provide necessary protection to the petitioner and his property at Sy.No.415/1 to an extent of Ac.3.26 gts. situated at Malkajgiri Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District duly taking into consideration of the representations dt.28.08.2013 and 19.10.2013 forthwith ..."

The Assistant Government Pleader is unable to assist the Court for want of instructions from the 2nd respondent. I have perused the record and satisfied that ends of justice would be met by disposing of the Writ Petition by the following order.

Petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the copies of complaints dated 28.08.2013 and 19.10.2013 by enclosing a copy of this order by registered post with acknowledgement due to the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent makes entry in the General Dairy and proceeds in the matter in accordance with the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari v. State of Uttar Pradesh1.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
