Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed questioning the e-auction sale notice, dated 26.10.2015, issued for sale of the property bearing D.No.13-16-193 admeasuring 415.55 Square Yards situated at Ward No.13, Survey No.232/P, Tilak Road, Kasibugga, Srikakulam District. When the matter is called, it is submitted by Sri B.S. Prasad, learned counsel for respondent - Bank, that pursuant to the e-auction notice, dated 26.10.2015, no auction was held on 05.12.2015 for want of bidders.

As the auction was not held on 05.12.2015, we are of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if any fresh auction notice is issued, it is open to the petitioners to avail the remedies available under law.
