Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ, direction or order, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings issued by the Respondent No.I in C.O/REC/ 2016-17, dated 08-062016, as illegal and arbitrary and it is further consequentially prayed that this Hon'ble

Court may be pleased to set aside the said proceedings, in view of the Order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.

9383/2015, dated 12-10- 2015 Batch and the similar order passed in the W.P. of the Petitioners i.e. W.P.No. 30507/2015 dated 14-10-2015."

It is indeed most unfortunate that the Writ Rules, which mandate that Annexure-I containing the list of events and facts must be complete in all respects, are violated both by the Bar and also the Registry. Annexure-I prepared in this case amply demonstrates this fact.

Mr.S.R.Sanku, learned Counsel for the petitioners, candidly admitted that Annexure-I is thoroughly incomplete.

This Court had time and again given directions to the Registry not to number the Writ Petitions without proper and complete Annexure-I. In spite of the same, the Scrutiny Officers appear to be ignoring this mandatory requirement and numbering the Writ Petitions in a casual manner. The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to issue appropriate instructions to all the Scrutiny officers not to number the Writ

Petitions, which do not contain the relevant list of dates and events under Annexure-I.

As the petitioners failed to adhere to the mandatory Writ Rule provision in the instant case, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to them to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper and complete Annexure-I.
