ORDER:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order dated 15-4-2004 in W.C.No.1 of 2003 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation-cumAssistant Commissioner of Labour, Patancheru, Medak District.

In the appeal, Mr. R. Brij Mohan Singh, entered appearance. The said counsel has passed away long back.

However, the appellant which is the Insurance Company, has not made alternative arrangements for pursuing the appeal. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
