Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Andhra Pradesh) for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's representation dt.23.01.2014 seeking change of land use and lay-out permission is pending since then and that no orders are being passed on the said application. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration, appearing for 1st respondent, states that 1st respondent will inform petitioner his decision on the petitioner's application within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 1st respondent to take a decision on petitioner's application for change of land use and release of lay-out and communicate his decision thereof to petitioner as well as to 2nd respondent within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
