The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N. Jayasurya, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri Ravi Chimalapati, Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The case of the petitioner is that the impugned notice dated 01.05.2015 was issued for removing the structures raised by him without any prior notice and the same is arbitrary and illegal. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is threat of dispossession.
Sri Ravi Chimalapati takes notice for the 3rd respondent and seeks time for getting instructions.
Post on 30.06.2015 in the motion list. Till then there shall be interim stay as prayed for.
