Petitioner, who is an Anganwadi Helper, filed the present writ petition alleging interference of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in civil disputes in connection with her house property, admeasuring 98 square yards in Door No.56/1B, situated at Ramachandrapuram Agraharam, Guntur District.

It is the case of the petitioner that by misusing their official position, respondent Nos.3 to 5 have been interfering with the civil disputes.

If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to approach respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Guntur Urban, Guntur District by giving a written complaint. It is needless to observe that respondent No.2, on receipt of such written complaint, shall enquire into the same and take necessary action in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
