When the matter is taken up for hearing, Iearned Assistalt Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, Investigating Officer has filed charge sheet before the concerned criminal Court Therefore, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies available under law if the cause survlves Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
