Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Medical & Health for respondents. 2.

Petitioner continuously pursuing to transfer back to Hyderabad on his personal health grounds and health of his daughter. Earlier petitioner filed W.P.No.22147 of 2018 regarding transfer. This Court having noticed that petitioner claimed to be suffering from health problems of himself and his daughter, directed the respondents to consider the request of petitioner for retention. Respondents did not agree for transferring the petitioner to Hyderabad, vide proceedings dated 16.08.2018. Not satisfied with the reply given, petitioner made further representation to bring him back to Hyderabad. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader produced copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.6194/E4-D/2019 dated 23.08.2019 of the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, rejecting the request of petitioner for bringing him back to Hyderabad. 4.

Since the request made by the petitioner was already considered and rejected, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
