When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly conceded that the issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 17.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22655 of 2021. 2.

Following the order dated 17.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22655 of 2021, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the proposals submitted by the 2nd respondent on 11.09.2021 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, before issuance of notification for the second phase of counselling.
