Counsel for the petitioner had handed over two Banker Cheques bearing No.355648 dt.24.04.2019 for Rs.18,00,000/- and No.355647 dt.24.04.2019 for Rs.12,00,000/-, totaling to Rs.30,00,000/-, to the counsel for respondent representing the interim maintenance to be paid to the respondent @ Rs.1,50,000/- per month as directed by the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad in its order dt.08.05.2018 in I.A.No.399 of 2018 in OP.NO.266 of 2018 and the receipt of the said amount is acknowledged by the counsel for respondent, who receives the sum without prejudice to the rights of his client to claim higher maintenance in CRP.No.5606 of 2018.

Therefore, payments now received by the respondent shall be adjusted to the arrears of maintenance payable from March, 2018 @ Rs.1,50,000/- per month for 20 months. Future payments from the 21st month onwards i.e., from November, 2019, may be made at the same rate or on such other rate which may be fixed in CRP.No.5606 of 2018. 3.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
