THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No.21259 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the second respondent-Station House Officer, Moinabad Police Station, Cyberabad, in insisting the petitioner to settle the issue with third parties in respect of the property i.e., plot Nos.4 and 25 admeasuring 500 square yards each in Survey Nos.218 and 219 of Yenkapally Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 25.09.2019, would submit that pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner earlier, a case in Crime No.370 of 2019 was registered in Moinabad Police Station on 09.09.2019 for the offence punishable under Section 506 of IPC and except doing investigation in the above case, the respondent authorities never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner.

Recording the said submission made by the Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is closed, as no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ___________________ T.
