This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: ".......to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the 2nd respondent his subordinates in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring Ac.0-01 1⁄2 Cents of land in D.No.510/11B of Sharoff Bazar, Bapatla, without following due process of law and without initiating land acquisition proceedings, as being illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to dispossesses the petitioner from the land in D.No.510/11B of Sharoff Bazar, Baptla without following due process of law." 2.
Heard the counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for R1 and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned standing counsel for Municipality for respondent No.2.

Admittedly, the petitioner herein filed O.S.No.189 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla for injunction against the second respondent-Municipal Corporation. It is also stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition that the suit is pending adjudication and the said Court granted status quo order in favour of the petitioner herein. 4.
In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed at the admission stage. No costs.
