Heard Sri P.Ravi Shanker, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2. 2.

The complaint of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is obviously the alleged violation of temporary injunction order, dated 11.12.2017, passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem in I.A.No.260 of 2017 in O.S.No.95 of 2015. If there is any such violation, the petitioner herein has a remedy under the provisions of Order XXXIX Rule 2-A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and she can avail the same.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to avail the above said alternative remedy, if she is so advised.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
