THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.928 OF 2016 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed for disobedience of the order dated 28.03.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.12364 of 2016 in W.P.No.9781 of 2016, wherein a direction was given to the respondent-Agriculture Market Committee to pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 5.1.2016 for granting Commission Agent Licence, pending disposal of the main writ petition.

Notice was ordered in the Contempt Case.

Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent had placed on record the copy of the proceedings dated 17.09.2016 stating that the application submitted by the petitioner came to be rejected as the same is defective.

In the circumstances, the dated 28.03.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.12364 of 2016 in W.P.No.9781 of 2016 stands complied with and the Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance if any in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
