O R D E R

Petitioner complains inaction of respondents 1 and 2 in registering petitioner's complaint dated 16.9.2013 and conducting investigation, as illegal and unconstitutional.

I have perused the enclosures filed along with the writ petition. The basis for petitioner's complaint is, on 16.9.2013 complaint against respondents 3 and 4 was made and the 2nd respondent did not register and investigate the crime.

After perusing the original of enclosure P-3, I am satisfied that the undated acknowledgement cannot go that far to examine the grievance of inaction against 2nd respondent. The above view is further fortified from the subsequent conduct, namely on 10.10.2013, the petitioner has given a complaint, it is taken, crime registered and accused were also arrested. That being the position, basing on what is placed before the court through P-3, I do not see that a case of inaction is made out against respondents.
