THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION NO.11990 OF 2016 ORDER:

The Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ongole to decide Crl.M.P.No.341 of 2016 in CRP.No.33 of 2016 pending on its file. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that aggrieved by the order dated 06.05.2016 passed by the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole in Crl.MP.No.856 of 2016 in DVC.No.4 of 2016, he filed CRP.No.33 of 2016 and the same has been pending on the file of the VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ongole. Along with the said revision, the petitioner filed Crl.MP.No.341 of 2016 seeking stay of operation of the order dated 06.05.2016 but the same has been kept pending without disposing.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ongole to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.341 of 2016 positively within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
