This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to complete the NEET examination held on 06.05.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

Since the NEET examination was already been held on 06.05.2018, now allowing the petitioner to write NEET examination does not arise and the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the same, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
