According to petitioners, Kum. Chakali Sandhya, while working as Village Revenue Assistant, Masanpally Village, Kondapur Mandal, died on 09.06.2016. She is the younger daughter of the 1st petitioner and sister of the 2nd petitioner. The ex-employee was unmarried at the time of her death. Petitioners claim provision of employment on compassionate grounds to the 2nd petitioner. A representation to this effect was made in August, 2017 before the Tahsildar, Kondapur Mandal. Alleging inaction in considering the provision of employment on compassionate grounds, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.
Since representation is already made and the same is pending, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kondapur Mandal, Sangareddy District, to examine the claim of the petitioners as ventilated in their representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
