M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.5536 is filed to permit the appellant withdraw M.A.C.M.A. on the ground it is settled out of Court.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, permission is accorded and M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.5536 of 2015 is ordered. Consequently, M.A.C.M.A.No.4155 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
