THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C.No.1292 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present contempt case, petitioner seeks a direction to punish the respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience of the order dated 06.02.2018 passed in W.P.No.90 of 2014.

It is pertinent to mention here that the aforesaid writ petition was filed by the State of Andhra Pradesh against the order dated 27.02.2013 passed in O.A.No.2070 of 2011 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. While dismissing the said writ petition on 06.02.2018, this Court observed that since the benefit was already extended in respect of the Wireless Operators/Assistant Wireless Operators in the light of G.O.Ms.No.278 dated 16.08.1994, the same benefit should be extended to the first respondent therein i.e., petitioner herein, as he also worked as Wireless Operator. Despite dismissal of the writ petition, the respondents herein have not complied with the order dated 27.02.2013 passed in O.A.No.2070 of 2011 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

However, at this stage, we hereby close the present contempt case, directing the respondents to comply with the order dated 27.02.2013 passed in O.A.No.2070 of 2011 by the Andhra

SKK, J & AKS, J C.C.No.1292 of 2018 Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand dismissed.
