Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the suspension-cum-show cause notice issued by the 1st respondent on 25.04.2015. A reading of the show cause notice shows that five charges were framed against the petitioner, pursuant to a report submitted by the Deputy Tahsildar (CS) who inspected the fair price shop No.19 of Budilivandlapalli Village of Gorantla Mandal on 24.04.2015. The petitioner's authorization was suspended pending enquiry and she was given seven days time for submission of explanation. In view of the opportunity given to the petitioner to submit her explanation, this Court is not inclined to admit the writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to submit her explanation within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 1st respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days thereafter.

3. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 2nd June, 2015 Note: Furnish C.C. in two days.
