This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent in not permitting the petitioner to remove the uni-pole erected by the petitioner in the precincts of 1st respondent's office situated at Silver Jubilee Bhavan, Collectorate Complex, Khairtabad, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions vide Lr.No.B3/3157/2004, dated 02.08.2016 stating that the petitioner has been accorded permission to remove the uni-pole erected by the petitioner in the premises of Collectorate situated at Silver Jubilee Bhavan Complex, Khairtabad.
