THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2975 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 in C.C.No.133 of 2007 on the file of Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. If the petitioners file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C., the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the matter in accordance with law.
