HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.673 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The present Criminal Revision is filed under Sections 397and 401 Cr.P.C., questioning the order dated 09.04.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.2851 of 2014 in C.C. No.830 of 2012 on the file of VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Warangal, wherein an application filed under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act to send Ex.P-1-cheque bearing No.444450 dated 30.09.2012 to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Red Hills, Hyderabad, was dismissed. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application to recall P.W.1 has been filed before the trial Court and the same is pending consideration. In view of the above, the present Criminal Revision is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his request after cross-examination of P.W.1.

With the above direction, the Criminal Revision is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Revision, shall stand closed.
