Though the revision pertains to 2004, today, when the revision is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Further so far, the petitioner has not taken steps to serve notice on the respondents. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the revision. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
