Learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana, on instructions, submits that on 09.06.2017 a case in Crime No.145 of 2017 of Prakashnagar Police Station, Rajahmundry, came to be registered. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication further in this writ petition.
