Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation to the second respondent on 16.05.2018 but no action has been taken so far and, in view of the same, petitioner herein is suffering irreparable loss and hardship On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is pending consideration the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 16.05.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
