ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the representations dated 18.11.2014 & 5.12.2016 of the petitioner submitted for renewal of DBBL gun license from 1.1.2015 to 31.12.2020, as arbitrary and illegal.

A counter-affidavit is filed by the 2nd respondent stating that the Superintendent of Police, YSR District, has not recommended for renewal of Arms Licence from 1.1.2015 to 31.12.2020 to the petitioner.

In view of the averment in the counter-affidavit, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to avail alternative remedies available to him under law. Reserving such liberty, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
