HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18321 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing proceedings dated 08.05.2018, wherein the Lorry container bearing No.TN 30 AC 6267 was directed to be removed after paying the damages of Rs.8,91,694/- and not releasing the above said vehicle, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 1st respondent to give custody of the said Lorry to enable the petitioner to shift lubricant oil of I.O.C to the other container. Smt.Aruna, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent submits that the petitioner paid necessary amounts and the lorry is going to be released today. Recording the said submission the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
