This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in C.C.No.727 of 2014 on the file of the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail remedies available to her including filing a petition for discharge. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
