I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.2 of the order dated 18.07.2025 in Crl.P.No.8635 of 2025 which reads as under:

"

2. The petitioner/accused No.1 shall appear before the concerned SHO monthly twice, at 11:00 A.M., for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. She further submitted that the crime is of the year 2024, and the petitioner is suffering with Neuro glial cyst and that he is having two minor children to take care. Therefore, she prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.8635 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
