HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.40804 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner complains against the seizure of vehicle bearing No.AP09/TA-1288 under panchanma, dated 13.10.2016, as illegal and unconstitutional.

On 18.11.2016, the petitioner requested respondent No.3District Collector, Siddipet for releasing the vehicle. Admittedly, as on today, no order is passed.

Treating the writ prayer as the one against inaction, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

"Respondent No.3-District Collector, Siddipet is directed to pass orders on the representation, dated 18.11.2016, within one week from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to place copy of this order before respondent No.3 within three days from today."
