THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CENTRAL EXCISE APPEAL NO.31 OF 2012 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Learned Special Standing Counsel for Central Excise submits that since the value of the appeal is less than Rs.15,00,000/-, the Central Board of Excise and Customs has directed the appellant to withdraw the appeal; and, therefore, permission be accorded to withdraw the appeal. A letter is also filed to that effect.

Permission is accorded and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
