Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstances, in respect of the lands in Yergatla Village, Morthad Mandal, Nizamabad District, which is the subject village of the present writ petition, this Court disposed of WP.No.8701 of 2017 on 20.03.2017, and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 20.03.2017 by directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners without following due process of law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
